At Gracie Barra Davenport, our Self-Defense and No-Gi program runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings — dedicated sessions covering clinch work, takedown defense, ground escapes, and submission prevention. These classes are designed for teens and adults (14+) who want practical skills they can rely on.
