Muay Thai — also known as Thai Boxing — is the national sport of Thailand and widely regarded as the world's most powerful striking art. It uses punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and a powerful clinch game to create one of the most complete stand-up fighting systems ever developed.
Our Muay Thai classes at Gracie Barra Davenport are designed for adults of all experience levels. Whether your goal is to get in great shape, learn self-defense, or compete — our instructors will build your technique from the ground up.
Classes include pad work, bag training, partner drills, and optional sparring in a controlled, safe environment. You'll burn serious calories while building real striking skills.

A Typical Class
Warm-up (10 min)
Jump rope, shadow boxing, dynamic stretching
