It's the striking foundation of modern MMA and one of the most complete stand-up fighting systems ever developed.
At Gracie Barra Davenport, we offer Muay Thai and Kickboxing classes for adults (14+) and kids (6+). Adult classes cover the full range of Muay Thai technique — punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and clinch work — with emphasis on proper form, combinations, and conditioning. Kids classes focus on striking fundamentals in a safe, structured, age-appropriate format.
Classes run throughout the week at 6250 Grandview Pkwy in Davenport — including morning, evening, and competition-focused sessions. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or competing, there's a Muay Thai track for you.
