Adults MMA covers wrestling, takedowns, ground-and-pound, cage work, and submission grappling. Kids MMA introduces the fundamentals of each discipline in an age-appropriate, structured format.
Adults classes (14+) run multiple times per week including self-defense, No-Gi, and full MMA sessions. Kids classes (6–13) integrate Muay Thai, BJJ, and wrestling fundamentals in fun, structured classes at 6250 Grandview Pkwy, Davenport.
